Ackley Counseling & Employment Services (ACES) was founded 12 years ago after my retirement from the State of Oregon as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB). I wanted to continue to help people experiencing disability to achieve their highest potential through employment or self-employment with a focus on working with folks experiencing intellectual/developmental disabilities.

When we started ACES we contracted with Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation, Oregon Commission for the Blind and Oregon Developmental Disabilities Services as a job developer in several counties in Southern Oregon. We expanded the business to become a fully certified Medicaid I/DD provider organization which has grown to nearly 16 employees in 3 counties, providing a wide range of services. ACES vision and commitment is to provide world-class diamond quality services and help people achieve their vocational and independent living goals.
